Fun and work at this modern farmhouse in Rolling Hills Estates never stops! This equestrian property has an abundance of outdoor space featuring an enormous deck with built-in BBQ, an area for dining al fresco, and unmatched views of the Botanical Gardens which provide priceless privacy for this equestrian family.

The homeowners decorated their space in a black and white palette, giving this farmhouse a modern and luxurious feel. The deck surrounds the entire perimeter of the back of the house and offers views of the pool, the green areas, fruit trees, and the riding ring.

While the 6 stall barn was already in place, the homeowners dedicated a lot of time to getting it ready for their horses and miniature rescue ponies. Texan (the white horse) and Coco (the grey horse) are 2 happy horses in their new home, and don't mind sharing it with Pepper the Pig, Orio & Cookie (goats),the chicks, barn and house cats, and of course, Violet, Buddy, and Ryder (the dogs!)
