BHAUS EIGHT started in Sonia’s Manhattan Beach home office as Mar eBrokers, an independent real estate boutique, that catered to our immediate network. The first few years in the RE business served as a platform for our dream of developing our own style, one where clients are part of a community receiving the most personalized service to fit their unique needs, in an intimate and soothing setting.

Our experienced team now offers our clients knowledge-based guidance, strong negotiation skills, and the digital tools necessary to make the best RE investment decisions, thereby building generational wealth via real estate. Through a strong network and a collaborative environment, the BHAUS EIGHT team of talented individuals is able to maximize each client’s real estate goals and create the perfect environment for a transparent and smooth transaction.

While we have the ability to fully conduct transactions digitally, we also want to give our clients the choice to meet us in person. Hence, we opened our first brick-and-mortar location, we hope you stop by for coffee and questions about the direction of the real estate market.
