How did she do it? 

She created a turn-key home staged to showcase the great use of space and natural light splashing the home in every room.  This was a labor of love that included an up front investment to make sure the house showed under the best light (no pun intended):

- Painted interior with a white color to give buyers a blank slate and brighten up the home

- Declutter the home! This is not so easy to do, but it's one that is within every seller's reach! Remove any furniture that is not serving a purpose, remove family pictures, newspapers, curios - remove all personal items to open and brighten up the space, and to give your buyers a chance to re-imagine it as theirs!
