Joy comes to BHAUS with 15 years of experience in property management. Her experience includes managing a variety of properties ranging from the revitalization of residential and commercial property in downtown Los Angeles, to managing several Southern California  commercial / industrial and residential real estate portfolios.

Joy has extensive experience in all property management related functions. She has the unique ability to balance the day-to-day operations required to run multiple types of real estate multi-tenant properties, utilizing her customer service and problem-solving skills. Joy is excited to continue building upon her property management experience, while expanding her real estate sales at BHAUS.
