Your Weekly Roundup Of Dreamy Properties

Elfreth’s Alley, Philadelphia, PA. Dating back to 1736

Your Weekly Roundup of Dreamy Properties has arrived!

This week we are featuring a California-chic Manhattan Beach home located in the iconic south walkstreets of the city, a super sleek and cool cottage in Hermosa Beach across from the Green Belt, and a mid-century modern Palm Springs home fully renovated, perfect addition to your real estate portfolio!

Our photography inspiration is taking us back to Philadelphia, where we just had an amazing weekend (after visiting New York). This particular place is Elfreth’s Alley dating back to 1703 located in Old City part of Philly! It is one of the oldest, continuously inhabited streets in the country flanked by an exceptional collection of early American structures and Architecture built between 1720 and 1836. As architecture lovers, we loved visiting a place where the homes took us back 300 years! We loved the brick facades, the colored shutters, street lanterns, and the cobbled-stone walkway.
